Delivery times

Our delivery times are estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays) and are not guaranteed. Once the package is sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

Rima Luxury Art Gallery is not held responsible for:

• Mistakes made by the shipping service

• Wrong addresses given by customers

• Damage to orders by postal service

• Stolen packages after delivery

Shipping prices

The shipping costs are included in the artwork’s price.

Shipping times are between 1-5 business days anywhere in the world. The shipping times are calculated after the processing time, which takes 2-5 business days.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country, order value and contents.

International customs, duties & taxes are not included in product prices and/or shipping costs. Customs, duties & taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout. To determine these costs please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing. These additional fees may be required to pay before or upon delivery of your order.
